General Requirements and Qualifications:
o Graduated from Secretarial Academy
o Excellent English both writing and speaking
o Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel (spreadsheet) and Power Point
o Proven experience in Executive support role
o Proactive self starter and team player
o A minimum of two to three years of secretarial experience preferably in hotel
o Ability to organize and work with sensitive and confidential material
o Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and employees
